  • Do I need to be a surfer to join the retreat?

    Absolutely not! While surfers will enjoy the peaky waves of Werri Beach and the longboard-friendly peelers at Gerroa, surfing is an optional extra. No one will judge you for simply lounging around the pool and enjoying a good book between wellness sessions and talks!

  • Is it compulsory to attend every fitness session and talk?

    Nope! You can do as much or as little as you want. If you want to skip a fitness session or talk, that’s no problem.

  • What should I bring to the retreat?

    Please bring your own yoga mat, surf essentials including a board, wetsuit, and towel if you plan on surfing, along with your beautiful self!

  • Is the retreat suitable for beginners in surfing and wellness topics?

    Yes, the retreat is for everyone, regardless of experience level. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow at your own pace.

  • Are the retreat activities physically demanding?

    The activities are designed to challenge you, but we can also cater to different fitness levels. Whether you're a novice or a fitness enthusiast, there will be something for everyone.

  • Can I attend the retreat alone?

    100%. The retreat is a great opportunity to meet and connect with likeminded individuals. Come alone, with friends or a family member — the choice is yours!

  • Are meals included in the retreat package?

    Yes, all meals are included within your all-inclusive package. These meals will be freshly made and prepared by Otis Kama.

  • Are there digital detox sessions?

    Yes, you will have the opportunity to step away from screens and technology, allowing for a refreshing change of pace.

  • What kind of people attend the retreat?

    This is our inaugural event, but we're expecting a mixed crowd. Based on past experiences a retreat guests, we would say that our attendees will come from diverse backgrounds but share a common interest in wellness and surfing.

  • Will there be any free time during the retreat?

    Yes, there will be ample time to relax, enjoy the surroundings, and engage in activities at your own pace.
